Privacy notice

Not yet in effect. This notice applies from the day the waitlist opens; until then the waitlist is closed and stores nothing.

What we collect

When you join the PaceStake waitlist: your email address, the role you pick (optional), the time you joined, which version of this notice you agreed to, and when you confirmed. We email you a confirmation link and store only a scrambled (hashed) copy of it. If you don't confirm within 7 days, we delete your address. There are no advertising or analytics cookies on this site. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not follow you across other sites. To keep out bots, Cloudflare Turnstile checks the form; your network address is used briefly to limit repeated attempts and is not stored with your sign-up.

Why, and on what basis

Only to email you about the PaceStake launch. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who handles it

Controller: Marcus Ong, who runs PaceStake as a private individual. Contact: privacy@pacestake.com. The data is stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this site and its database, and confirmation emails are sent through Brevo. Both act as our processors. We do not sell or share your email with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or 12 months after launch, whichever comes first. If PaceStake does not launch, we delete the list.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to privacy@pacestake.com. You may also complain to your data protection authority; in Sweden that is IMY (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten).
